C.Potential areas to revise:  host corporation pay for placement ribbons; ARBA office prepare and print the catalog; status of exhibition of non-recognized breeds and varieties; cost to ship ARBA equipment and who pays; ARBA host the convention; convention open on Saturday to aid in tear down; posting of bids on the ARBA website; who pays for lanyards and ID cards; who pays the ticket and labor if the ARBA trailers are overweight due to rushing at teardown; provide more clarification on host set-up of cooping at the convention; who pays for damaged equipment; extra space for the ARBA booth and no commercial booth; guidelines for a financial report; bid three (3) years out.
