My name is James Murray and I am your ARBA District 4 Director. I am a licensed ARBA all breed Rabbit Judge and Registrar. I raise English Lops, Mini Satins, Satins, and American Cavy. I have raised rabbits for more than 30 years and I currently live in Oklahoma. Although I live in Oklahoma, this District is made up of several states; Arkansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. I want to make sure that all 5 states are equally represented. In the past I have heard that some states feel they are not represented, and I hope to change that. I will need your help to do this however, as I can't do it alone.

My background in rabbits started as a youth and I feel that we need to continue to cultivate the youth in rabbit and cavy programs as these youth are the future of this organization. Many states have a very active youth program and I want to use our website to promote them and show how important and active our District's youth are.

As I stated in my introduction bio for the Domestic Rabbits, I feel that to best represent our District, we need someone who is regularly involved - one who participates in the events and shows that are held in our District. I feel that being a Judge gives me that wonderful opportunity to meet people throughout District 4 and as well as across the country. I am confident of my ability to represent District 4 as one who is involved in the District as a member, exhibitor, volunteer, and ARBA Rabbit Judge. I would be honored to assist in any way District 4 members' ongoing projects that are geared towards improvement of our rabbit and cavy hobby...just ask. I will do my best to be present as my schedule allows.
