Contains articles, written by experienced breeders, that cover such matters as: History of the ARBA, Youth, breeds of rabbits and cavies, rabbits and cavies as pets and hobbies, exhibition, conditioning, husbandry, commercial rabbit raising, wool production and more. Not available in stores. (Included in initial membership package) or can be purchased separately for $15.00.

 

Domestic Rabbits Magazine

 

Members receive six issues sent bi-monthly, containing upcoming shows and events, reports about rabbit and cavy news from around the country, National Specialty Club news, articles by knowledgeable veterinarians and rabbit specialists relating to health and disease in rabbits and cavies; market reports and more (your first issue is included in initial membership package).

 

Standard of Perfection

 

 

Contains the standard of each ARBA recognized breed of rabbit and cavy as used by our licensed judges for animal evaluation during competition. Also included in the book are color and black and white photographs of each breed of rabbit and cavy, the general faults, and all general disqualifications from competition. A detailed description of each variety (color) recognized within each breed is also listed. A glossary showing terminology relating to the rabbit and cavy fancy adds to the value of the Standard Of Perfection. $16.00 plus shipping

 

Domestic Rabbit Guide

 

 

This book contains general information for the beginning rabbit breeder. Such topics as choosing a breed; selecting stock, housing, feeding, etc. are covered briefly to familiarize you with the basics of rabbit raising.
